VTech and Bestway Icecat Awards Winners

VTech and Bestway are winners of Icecat Awards based on Toys Brands Monitor. VTech wins the Most Popular Toys Award, based on product data requests through searches or otherwise in Icecat’s product database. The award is handed out by Rene Rozendal, Business Development Manager Toys at Icecat, to Malu Limpens, Senior Market Manager at VTech at the Spielwarenmesse, the world’s biggest toy fair, in Nuremberg.

The basis of this is the Toy Data Model that was initiated by Icecat, FUN and Bol.com and is now globally available and has been adopted by the most prominent toys brands like VTech, LEGO, MGA Entertainment and Spin Master who are present in the Icecat’s Top 25 Toys Brands Monitor.

Bestway wins the Sports & Recreation Award based on popularity. This award has been handed out by Rene Rozendal to Peter Christien, Sales Agent at Bestway, at the Spielwarenmesse.

The Icecat Toys Brands Monitor and Sports & Recreation Monitor award is handed out for the first time. In the future, more category awards will follow.
