Pragma, a Boron company and leading manufacturer and distributor of high-end activity and roleplay toys in Europe, successfully integrated the Icecat Product Information Manager (PIM). Pragma partners can now download all its standardized product information. In order to better categorize, filter, search and compare products for e-commerce purposes.
Multi-brand company Pragma is active across the toys, garden and Do It Yourself (DIY) industry. Besides playhouses, sandpits, kitchens, swings and picnic tables, they have a well-known reputation for its safety puppet ‘Victor Veilig’ in the Netherlands. Similar to ‘Safety Sam’, ‘Felix Vorsicht’ and ‘Benni Brems’ in other countries. Jeffrey van Verseveld, Content Manager at Pragma: “With the integration of Icecat we add value by saving our partners time and costs”. Icecat has become an industry standard for the secure syndication of product data-sheets to channel partners. Including etailers, comparison websites, distributors and traditional retailers.
“Pragma’s decision to integrate Icecat addresses the need of the e-channel to get automated product information. We are happy to be able to include more brands from different industries such as toys, gardening and DIY, in our Open Icecat Catalogue” says René Rozendal from Icecat.
