As of the 22nd of January 2019, Icecat will start supporting multiple UNSPSC (United Nations Standard Products and Services Code) versions for categorization from then on. Not just one, eclectically composed UNSPSC category tree. To support multiple UNSPSC versionings, we are changing the structure of CategoryList and category_tree_reports.
Please find below an overview of the old and the new structure of these files.
The category_tree_reports will now have two new columns: – UNSPSC code – Version
