“19 Ukrainians and 100 Dutch people together form the FuturumShop team. A nightmare arose last week”, says Harmen van der Meulen, CEO of Futurmshop.com. “Air raid shelters, broken cars, smashed bombs, fleeing, colleagues not being able to leave, families waiting 40 hours for the border, or being stuck in Kharkiv… a rollercoaster of misery and emotions for our people.”
The first FuturumShop Ukrainer arrived in Apeldoorn yesterday. “We arrange everything: for colleagues from Ukraine, for family, for friends, for friends of friends, for friends of friends of friends. Transport, housing, and many more. Everything what is needed, no matter who it is”, Harmen continues.
“But there is more, because what do you do when you have just fled from Ukraine with your children? Or left your husband behind at the border and full of emotions and having to move on? Then you start with the initiative by Ukrainians for Ukrainians: https://uaid .charity/ That’s what Marina did!”
Icecat and FuturumShop committed jointly 2x 250,000 euro. But, more help is welcome. Every euro makes a difference! Donate! Then you know that every donation goes directly to tangible help for Ukrainians in need. Thanks to the efforts of Marina Aleksieienko and her Ukrainian friends and colleagues. Donate or participate as a company! And share this post!
