Hama product content now available for free in Open Icecat

Hama is a German manufacturer of accessories specializing in a number of areas including photo, video, audio, multimedia, computer and telecommunications. Hama Technics, S.L. headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, joins Icecat as an Open Icecat Sponsor to syndicate its product content to the channel.

Currently, Hama has six major brands: Hama,  Xavax, Thomson, Brenensthul, Celestron and Rapoo, all the product content of these brands is now available in the Icecat catalog for syndication to all Hama channel partners in Spain.

Now all Hama partners and resellers can easily download the brand’s product information for free after registering on the Icecat platform.

Basic and rich content available

Hama invites all its partners to download the structured content of the Icecat catalog. All digital assets, such as product specifications, marketing texts, images, and logos, are available in its product datasheets. In addition to the basic content, very soon users will be able to get rich content such as Hama Product Stories.

Resellers can choose from various formats such as XML, JSON, CSV or JavaScript to embed or upload content into their online stores. Of course, manuals are available for each of these formats. Alternatively, users can choose some of the standard Icecat connectors, among others for Shopify, Woocommerce, Prestashop, Magento, etc.
