We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to help support Icecat customers on their technical and integration challenges.

Key responsibilities
Communication with internal and external clients regarding Icecat services;
Evangelizing of Icecat integration concepts and basis, including formats and best practices, helping with integrations to our APIs, work with Documentation, etc;
Troubleshooting issues internally with developers team at Icecat and bridging to customer.
Skills / Experience Requirements
Advanced level of English (verbal and written);
Understanding of data formats as XML, JSON, CSV;
Basic understanding of HTML\JS\CSS, to be able to help with Icecat HTML services;
Dev Tools for troubleshooting of most of our systems;
Understanding of Client-Server architecture, APIs;
Understanding of HTTP protocol, familiarity with GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, HEAD requests, ability to make them and analyze output;
Would be an advantage:
Linux and CLI. (sed, grep, awk, bash scripting, etc);
REST architecture understanding also, knowledge of tools to work with all this (e.g. Postman, CURL);
Basic knowledge of any OOP based Language. Java, C#, PHP (a great plus for this particular role);
