Italian Toy Retailers Implement Official LEGO Reviews

Icecat added official LEGO reviews from the LEGO website to its Product Stories. These reviews help retailers to improve conversion rates and customer loyalty. Adding reviews to product pages is one of the best ways to increase the feeling of trust of online shoppers, which helps to raise conversion rates on the LEGO product pages. Recently, Icecat also added User Generated Content to LEGO Product Stories.

1956 marks the foundation of Dmail, which has 32 Mornati Paglia physical stores. Such authorized resellers of LEGO have access to the free LEGO branded product content in Icecat. This includes the LEGO Product Stories, a popular type of rich content that combines various multimedia assets. Both Dmail and Mornati Paglia implemented Product Stories already, including reviews, to boost the conversion rate.

How to implement LEGO reviews?

Once registered at Icecat and authorized by LEGO, resellers have free access to the LEGO content, including specifications, marketing text, bullet points, images, videos, and Product Stories. In addition, these Product Stories now include official LEGO reviews from the website.

The implementation of Product Stories and reviews is pretty straightforward. They are ready to go live on any device with a few lines of JavaScript in the HTML code. The manual with detailed instructions explains how to embed product stories via the Icecat Live Granular Call.

How to access LEGO content and reviews?

If you are an authorized LEGO channel partner, please use your Icecat account to download the free product content. In case you don’t have an account yet, please register online, contact your local Account Manager, or contact us online. Once you are logged in, you can also request authorization from LEGO.
