We’re introducing Icecat PIM 3.13.0 and with that a release packed with practical upgrades to search speed and accuracy, import/export management, and marketplace connector stability.
This release is about making your product data work faster and more dependable: smoother onboarding through improved imports, faster product discovery, and more precise control over what gets synchronized to Amazon, Shopify, and Magento.
The updated search architecture makes it significantly easier to find the right products in Icecat PIM. Results now load faster and match more accurately, especially large catalogues. Spend less time searching, more time managing and enriching product data.
You can now set category specific status and enable or disable exports per category directly in the category management view. This gives teams better control over which categories are synced to sales channels, keeping channel catalogs clean.
The new Import Wizard has been updated to make getting product data into the system faster and clearer for the user. Field mappings are more straightforward, and the workflow does better in walking users through each step, especially when importing from a new supplier or source for the first time.
The Import Details dashboard now renders charts reliably regardless of data volume, giving users consistent visual feedback on every import run.
The new Product History page now has a spot inside the Report section and gives teams a central view of how product data has changed over time, not only on product level. Combined with improved dashboard clickability, users can now navigate directly from items into detailed product records.
Line breaks in product attributes could previously cause display errors on the frontend. That’s now handled correctly, so Amazon listings render as expected without any manual intervention.
Shopify users can now fine-tune exclusions with more precision, helping prevent incomplete, draft, or irrelevant items from being pushed to storefront catalogs.
You can now control image exports in Magento independently from other product data, which is ideal for teams managing images through a separate workflow or DAM system.
These updates keep Icecat PIM aligned with modern server-side technologies and set the foundation for upcoming platform enhancements.
Navigation and usability are smoother across the platform, with fewer UI interruptions and more reliable interfaces.
These improvements help prevent database bloat and give administrators clearer visibility into user access activity.
These fixes reduce confusion during rule setup and help avoid configuration mistakes.
Teams relying on scheduled delivery should now see fewer interruptions and more consistent results.
Icecat PIM 3.13.0 focuses on improvements that make day-to-day product information management more reliable. Search is faster and more accurate, exports offer more control, and imports are easier to configure. Connector updates for Amazon, Shopify, and Magento address real integration pain points, while infrastructure improvements prepare the platform for what’s next.
