Ergotron is a manufacturer of ergonomic products that focuses on improving how people work, learn, play and care for others. It manufactures products like standing desks, mounts, charging systems, workstations, and mobile carts. Ergotron has its headquarters in Minnesota, USA, with subsidiaries in Europe and a worldwide representation. The EMEA division of Ergotron joins Icecat Free Brand Cloud to syndicate its product content towards its channel partners.
The reasons why Ergotron joins Icecat Free Brand Cloud are simple. After registration, standardized product data sheets, including product titles, descriptions, specs, images, and product videos, can immediately be entered into Icecat by an Ergotron representative. Secondly, Icecat gets a real-time notification when an information update happens and can push the Ergotron data to live immediately. Thirdly, the Ergotron product updates go straight into the Icecat database so that its channel partners can automatically ingest this standardized content. And, the Brand Cloud is free for brand owners.
Furthermore, instead of manually supporting each retailer, a single data access point facilitates all Ergotron’s channel partners at once in all required languages. In this case, it does not matter if a retailer works with Icecat already or not yet. It will reduce the time spent on data processing. It improves Ergotron’s control over the product content that Full Icecat subscribers publish.
