Danish Retailer avXperten Partners Up With Icecat To Enrich Their Product Data

The Danish marketplace, avXperten, partners up with Icecat to enrich their product data. avXperten is a Danish electronics retailer that offers a diverse selection of products, encompassing nearly all types of electronics. The company was founded in 2006 and has been growing ever since with the aim to provide top class services for all of their customers across operating markets.

To enrich the product data, avXperten turned to Icecat’s catalog services. Powered by this collaboration, avXperten is able to access a vast library of high-quality product data that could be easily integrated into their existing systems.

How Icecat Helped?

Thanks to the easy-going integration process and the technical support of Icecat, the integration and mapping processes are ongoing and planned to be completed soon. With access to Icecat’s data, avXperten will be able to streamline their product management processes, reducing the time it would’ve taken to manage and update their product information. This will free up valuable time and resources that could be used to focus on customer satisfaction and further expand their product range.

The CMO of avXperten, Simon Elkjær, explains why they chose Icecat:

We are happy that we are going to use Icecat’s data for avXperten.dk and avXperten.no, and our future new countries. Before making the choice of our product information service provider, we’ve checked other services and we chose Icecat thanks to their responsiveness and helpfulness by allowing us to try the data before finalizing our decision. Icecat has fulfilled our requirements on accessibility, customer support and easy integration process.

Enrich Your Product Data With Icecat

Icecat supports all categories of product content and integrations to marketplaces like Amazon, AliExpress, and Google Shopping. avXperten asks its vendors to register, enter, and enrich their product content via the Brand Cloud interface. Or to join the premium services of Open Icecat for unlimited or controlled content syndication to all their channel partners. They can start entering and enriching their product content, like product titles, descriptions, specs, images, 360 degrees demos, feature logos, sustainability data, or videos.

As part of the solution, avXperten helps brands to promote and position their products in its webshop and sales channels more effectively. It also improves the completeness of their product content, reduces the time to market for new products, and boosts sales.

To conclude, avXperten’s partnership with Icecat has been a resounding success. By leveraging Icecat’s catalog services, avXperten is able to improve their operations, increase customer satisfaction, and establish a solid foundation for continuous growth and success. We are looking forward to expanding our horizon to new countries with avXperten!
