Icecat

Meet Lena: instant, trustworthy answers about Icecat – in 80 languages

It’s 11 p.m., and you’re staring at a 403 app_key required error, or weighing Open against Full Icecat before a deadline, or just trying to get your first product feed live. You shouldn’t have to wait until morning, open a ticket, or dig through a dozen manuals to get unstuck. Meet Lena: the AI assistant at the front door of Icecat’s solutions, ready the moment you have a question.

Look for the chat bubble in the corner of any page on icecat.com and iceclog.com – that’s Lena. Ask anything, in any language. She’s in Beta, so a thumbs-up or thumbs-down genuinely shapes her.

What Lena does for you

She turns “I’ll figure it out later” into “done.” Ask how to integrate the catalog, what an error code means, which API to start with, what’s included for free, or how to send your feed for matching – and you get a clear, specific answer in seconds, day or night, without waiting on anyone. She can pull a live product from the catalog so you can see the real data while you learn, and when something genuinely needs a person, she hands you straight to the right one instead of leaving you stuck. Less time hunting through docs, fewer blocked integrations, faster time to a working setup.

Answers you can actually act on

An answer is only useful if it’s true. That’s the whole point of Lena. Most chatbots are fluent by default – they’ll happily invent an endpoint or quote a price with total confidence. We refused to ship that.

Lena only tells you what Icecat’s documentation actually says. We rebuilt our knowledge – APIs, content standards, pricing, troubleshooting – into sourced material she reasons from, and when she doesn’t know, she says so rather than guessing. We test her with hundreds of real and deliberately tricky questions before any change goes live, so the answer you act on is grounded, up to date, and safe to trust. No confident nonsense, no dead links, no invented prices.

In your language, wherever you are

Icecat serves customers in more than 80 locales, so Lena meets you in yours. She recognizes the language from your question and replies in it – across Latin, Cyrillic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic right-to-left, Greek, Georgian, Thai, and every Indic script from Hindi to Telugu to Tamil. A reseller in Tbilisi and a developer in Bangkok get the same fast, honest help a partner in Amsterdam does, in the language they think in. No translation step, no second-class experience.

Help us make her even better

Lena is in Beta, and AI can still make mistakes – for anything important, double-check, and reach a human whenever you need one. But she gets sharper every week, and you’re part of how. Every one of her biggest improvements started as a piece of customer feedback. So a thumbs-up tells us what’s working; a thumbs-down points us straight to the next fix – and everyone is read.

We didn’t set out to build the most impressive chatbot. We built the most useful, trustworthy one – because the faster you get a true answer, the faster you get back to selling. She speaks your language, she tells you the truth, and she’s there whenever you need her.

Say hi to Lena in the chat widget on icecat.com and iceclog.com – in any language. She’s in Beta and listening; your thumbs-up or thumbs-down is how she gets better.
