Icecat Release Notes 143: Adding Reparability Index to ETL

In these Icecat Release Notes 143, we discuss adding the Reparability Index to ETL. Further, highlight some technical improvements and fixes. Please find the previous Icecat Release Notes here.

Adding Reparability Index to ETL

In this release, we created the possibility to add the new multimedia object Reparability Index to the products via the ETL (extract – transform – load) tool. There have been some system changes to realize this functionality. We also added additional check boxes to the ETL interface, which will allow editors to use this feature easily.

Additional fixes and managing technical debt

Finally, the team handled and fixed minor support requests, bugs, and technical debts in release 143.

  • Remove legacy Icecat Live implementation from code. After migrating the architecture of Icecat Live to a new version, we removed old and unused codes from our GIT repository.
  • Fix of X-Debug test coverage report for API autotests. We had a problem with the code coverage for autotests. The problem was with the time limit of 30 seconds, while the time needed for the autotest script was longer. So we changed the time limit, and that fixed this issue.
