We are excited to introduce the new functionality that we talked about in the 2.4.4 release. This groundbreaking addition to our PIM platform represents a significant step forward in product information management. Enrichment of all product description fields with one click! Furthermore, by applying the power of artificial intelligence, we’re revolutionizing the way you interact with and manage your product data. Using just the MPN, brand, and category, you can now generate advanced product descriptions and tailor them to meet your specific needs. Some key information you need to know:

Expand Your Product Horizons

Icecat is no longer the only content source at Icecat PIM. We have expanded our content sources beyond Icecat, giving you more flexibility and options for your product information management.

Effortless Product Descriptions

Generate and enhance product descriptions using AI. Use advanced AI technology to create detailed and engaging product descriptions effortlessly.

Beyond Icecat

Create content from scratch for products not in the Icecat catalog or improve existing content. Our new AI feature makes it easier than ever to generate original content or enhance existing descriptions for better product representation.

Post-Pilot Options:

Continue Using AI Functionality
To keep using this feature after the pilot, we will need to slightly increase your yearly costs by 100 euros. Please contact your account manager to include this fee in your contract based on your contract terms.

Use Your Own ChatGPT Account
For only 50 euros/year, you can use your own ChatGPT account within Icecat PIM. You will need to register at OpenAI, attach your payment method, generate an API key, and provide it to our team. This way, you can manage your own ChatGPT account fees while utilizing the functionality we developed.

Opt-Out
If you do not wish to continue using this feature, it will be deactivated in your PIM on September 15. You do not need to take any action. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you do not use this functionality.
