Icecat Heads to BRANDmate 2025: Powering New Connections

Icecat is thrilled to participate in BRANDmate 2025, June 25–26, at the iconic Zeche Zollverein in Essen, Germany—a UNESCO World Heritage site turned creative hub. Although we won’t have an exhibition booth, our team will be on-site to connect with brands, retailers, influencers, and tech innovators. We’re focused on exploring next-generation brand collaborations, licensing opportunities, and innovative retail experiences.

What is BRANDmate?

BRANDmate is a B2B networking event for professionals in branding, retail, marketing, licensing, and media. It takes place in a high-energy, festival-like setting designed to inspire creativity and build partnerships. The event blends structured matchmaking, keynote sessions, and interactive experiences to spark collaboration. Unlike traditional trade shows, BRANDmate puts the spotlight on innovation, storytelling, and creative partnerships. It attracts brands, agencies, and creators looking for co-branding opportunities and influencer collaborations. Retail Day is a highlight, offering expert insights into the future of retail and consumer behavior. Whether you’re a startup or a global brand, BRANDmate helps you connect, share ideas, and grow. It’s a powerful space to discover what’s next in the world of brand collaboration.

Highlights include:

  • Two days of keynotes, panels, workshops, and a fun brand matchmaking game
  • Industry insights: Gen Z buying behavior (Lena Gabold & Luca Salehi), immersive social commerce (Jakob Neise), and sense-driven retail experiences (Mogens Link Schmidt)
  • Round‑tables: Interactive, expert-led sessions exclusively for retailers

Why Icecat Is Here

Icecat is looking forward to building partnerships with forward-thinking brands and retailers who are exploring the value of rich product content and syndication. Our team is eager to engage in meaningful discussions about digital shelf optimization and AI-driven personalization. We’re also excited to explore the automation of product data processes. Additionally, we’re excited to discover fresh insights into how enhanced product content can play a pivotal role in shaping effective licensing and retail brand strategies.
