Since Images/Videos are downloaded in the default section – the extension will overwrite only the same images/videos from Icecat.
No, the extension will always download the data in the mapped attributes. If you make any changes in the intentionally mapped attributes locally, It will overwrite these attributes during the next download. You could avoid this by keeping icecat and your local attributes separate.
