Icecat Commerce is the result of merging two separate trusted e-commerce SaaS players with years of experience, and business units: Iceshop and Syndy.
Icecat Commerce offers marketplace and shop integration including AI-driven product management solutions for brands, retailers, and distributors. It enables the management and automation of product information, assets, and data transformation, including hassle-free distributor connectivity and efficient order processing.
The merger combines the knowledge and expertise of two established players, offering customers a wider range of support and consultation to optimize their digital commerce strategy. Several changes have been made to further streamline our processes and provide clarity in product names. New names, in line with the Icecat ecosystem, are provided below:
As of the first of January 2025, invoices to Iceshop customers will be sent from Icecat Commerce. For Syndy users it will remain business as usual for now and nothing will change in terms of usability, functionality, and invoicing. We are delighted to finally share this announcement with you.
