The main characteristics:
Its concave shape comes from a difference in size of its bottom and top diameters: a wok has a base with a smaller diameter than at the top.
That’s why it can be used to fry any food by using less oil compared to other pans. I would suggest it to everyone addicted to extra-virgin olive oil, like me, to save oil and eat healthier.
The wok is well known in the Asian cuisine. Its concave shape makes it a great cooking instrument when it comes to cook and flip Italian style pasta as well.
Its structure is really tough, thanks to its particularly prominent rim which makes this pan solid and crushproof over time.
Most of aluminum induction pans include an iron layer on the bottom. Since this wok is already really thick, the iron layer makes it even heavier, which is a minus point for me.
This product is made by the Italian manufacturer Flonal. All of its products are PFOA-free (PerFluoroOctanoic Acid-free) coatings, and most of them, including this wok, are also free from heavy metals and nickel, so, perfect for everyone.
Most of Flonal pans are quality products to guarantee a long product life. Plus, great performance and fast heating allow to cook stuff quicker what leads to energy saving.
Characterized by a forged aluminum body with high thickness (5mm), this wok can be used on all types of stoves including induction ones.
I would recommend this pan to everyone who likes to cook. It’s a multifunctional product because it can be used to make many different dishes. The price: it might look high, but considering the product quality I found it totally worth it.

I first bought a saucepan and so impressed that I purchased a frying pan as well. Food never really burns. The pans are light unlike other makes where you need to use both hands. Highly recommended..
